Five simple preparations for Demlane smoked mussels:

  1. Purée: sauté the mussels in butter with garlic and onion, add cream cheese, parsley, then puree in a processor until smooth. Serve on crackers or French bread.
  2. Add the mussels to a creamy, leak-spiced pumpkin bisque.
  3. Add the mussels to spaghetti mixed with roasted cherry tomatoes, garlic and parsley.
